An ideal applicant is a team player, has a desire to work hard, is ready to learn and excited to pick up on the finer points of the job, has a safety-first mentality, is comfortable in a public speaking role, is in shape for working in a physically demanding environment, understands situational urgency, and takes pride in quality work.
